The role requires leading therapeutic groups and intervening in crisis situations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and preferably prior experience. We are currently seeking Youth Care Worker I (YCW) and Youth Care Worker II associates, full-time. The YCW functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys ranging in age 13 through 18. The YCW leads therapeutic groups with patients and is able to intervene effectively in crisis situations.
