What You’ll Do

• Be a mentor, coach, and advocate for youth, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

• Guide youth in completing daily tasks and developing essential life skills.
• Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms to handle stress.
• Work alongside the Treatment Team to design individualized care plans for each youth.
• Mediate conflicts and help youth develop problem‑solving techniques for real‑life situations.
• Document progress and key events to ensure everyone is aligned in their care journey.
• Use verbal de‑escalation strategies to manage challenges effectively.
• Promote hygiene, health, and safety to maintain a secure and supportive environment.
• Lead with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence, modeling positive behaviors every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for working with youth and making a lasting difference.
• At least two years of experience working with children ages 6‑17 is preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

• Strong self‑regulation and problem‑solving skills.
