A leading organization is looking for a Youth Care Worker I to provide direct care services to youth while implementing treatment plans and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, potential bachelor's degree, and certifications in SCM and CPR. The Youth Care Worker I is responsible for providing a variety of direct care services to residents, assisting professional staff in the implementation of individual treatment plans, and ensuring the effective operation of the residential program.
18.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.
Additional pay based on Residential Experience and / or a Bachelor's degree.

Education
