Job summary

Rite of Passage at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN is hiring Youth Care Workers to assist and support autistic youth in a residential treatment facility.

This role requires caring for the well-being and safety of residents, enforcing facility policies, and helping with personal care tasks. Successful candidates will receive $17 per hour, a $1,000 bonus after training, and various benefits including free meals on shift and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a background screening, drug test, and physical.
• Have a passion for working with and helping children.

• $17 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.
• Earn a $1,000 bonus after successful completion of essential skills training within 90 days.
