Responsibilities

• Assist with providing individual and group counseling and skills training.
• Provide transportation to work and activities.

• Assist youth with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, meals) and life skills (laundry, cooking, cleaning).
• Support with resumés, job applications, and job-seeking skills.
• Maintain documentation and participate in Team Bailey Inc training as required.

Direct Care Staff are responsible for assisting with providing individual and group counseling, skills training, therapeutic interventions, and monitoring and managing the Agency's youth's behavior to provide a safe, structured living environment conducive to treatment.

Provide transportation to work, doctor appointments, and activities

Staff are a valuable part of our team and assist each youth towards success during their stay.

We support youth with daily activities such as personal hygiene, clothing choices, diet, etc.

Contribute to instrumental activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and medication management.
