This innovative firm is seeking an On Call Youth Care Professional to support youth at a new county shelter. Nexus Family Healing is seeking an On Call Youth Care Professional for our BRAND NEW county shelter, Aspen House based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota and servicing the area. This is made possible through a collaboration between Dakota and Washington counties. The innovative program will not only provide temporary housing with a 12-bed unit for youth but also incorporate mental health services.

In this role, you will support and reinforce the therapeutic treatment plan of clients by providing guidance, assistance, and direction to clients in their daily living activities and scheduled therapeutic activities.
