Qualifications

• Must be 20 years old.
• One year of direct experience working with children, youth, or families in a professional setting.
• AA in psychology, counseling, social work, nursing, criminal justice, or related human services field OR two years of college toward a BA in the related field will qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for youth.
• Plan and lead therapeutic activities to promote growth and resilience.
• Develop and maintain respectful, empathetic therapeutic relationships.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of youth in care.
