Rite of Passage is seeking a Coach Counselor (Youth Care Worker) in Florida to provide a positive and safe environment for youth. The role features rotating 12-hour shifts (3.5 on/3.5 off) and a focus on growth opportunities and personal fulfillment.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
