Responsibilities

• Implement house rules and behavior plans for residents.
• Report incidents and injuries promptly to required parties.
• Participate in required meetings and document program activities.
• Provide feedback on resident progress toward goals in the ISP.
• Review youth records to arrange supports before supervision.
• Complete assigned shifts and required trainings.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintain confidentiality.
