Spectrum Human Services is seeking a Behavioral Aide in Flint, MI to provide on-site coordination of active treatment for youth with behavioral challenges. You will mentor, supervise parent visitation, complete paperwork, and support treatment plans under the guidance of the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience implementing treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work evenings and weekends.
• Understanding of behavioral principles in community settings.
• Commitment to respectful, supportive services for SED children.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coordination of active treatment.
• Mentor youth and supervise parent visitation.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate with providers.
• Filing, calling providers, and other duties as assigned.

Education
