Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to children in a therapeutic residential setting.
• Assist houseparents in planning recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Work with children on social and independent living skills under therapist direction.
• Facilitate groups and document progress in each child’s file.
• Participate in staff meetings to ensure quality care.
• Support fundraising and community engagement activities.
