Chimes is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide one-to-one services to a child/adolescent and family within the Intensive Behavioral Health Services program. You will implement clinical service goals, report to supervisors, and complete state-required training before working with clients.

We offer $18+ per hour, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, 403(b) with employer match, paid time off, and ongoing professional development within a national network of services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time mental health support experience with youth/young adults.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-to-one services to identified child/adolescent and family.
• Implement service delivery goals and document progress timely.
• Complete required state-mandated training before working with clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, payers, and staff.
• Promote safe replacement behaviors and build communication/social skills.
