Qualifications

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, along with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
• Possess a State Driver’s License with a good driving record for the past 3 years.
• Require combination of education and related field experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health rehabilitation and support services to residents to ensure stability and successful transition back to the community.
• Develop and monitor each resident’s individual treatment plan and coordinate services with social workers, probation officers, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with institutions to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.
