Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a seasonal Ultimate Hoops Basketball Instructor to deliver best-in-class basketball programming for camps and clinics.

You will organize, instruct, and run safe, fun activities for groups of up to 10 campers aged 6-12, acting as a positive role model. Responsibilities include creating weekly lesson plans, assisting with tournaments and events, promoting programs to boost participation, and ensuring setups and cleanups are completed on time before and after each session.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of basketball training experience teaching children ages 6–12.
• Ability to demonstrate and participate in the activity being taught.
• Completion of all required learnings prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Constructs and implements weekly/monthly basketball lesson plans following our guidelines.
• Assists with additional Ultimate Hoops programming, including tournaments, events, camps, and clinics.
• Promotes all Ultimate Hoops programming in order to increase participation.
• Sets up 15 minutes before and cleans up after each program.
• Leads a group of up to 10 campers ages 6-12 through basketball activities, with a positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
