Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking a Sports Instructor to lead athletes in engaging practices and deliver expert instruction across our youth sports programs. You will guide skill development, promote teamwork, and uphold a fun, safe learning environment for children ages 3-17.

Responsibilities include running practice sessions, teaching fundamentals, and communicating game-day details to families while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with athletes and parents.
• Sport-specific coaching knowledge and ability to teach fundamentals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core sports concepts and encourage good sportsmanship.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
