Job summary

i9 Sports is hiring a Sports Instructor to lead young athletes aged 3-6 in designated sports and deliver the i9 Sports Experience. You will foster a positive youth sports culture on the field and provide high-quality instruction.

The role emphasizes fun, safety, and sportsmanship, with opportunities to build coaching skills and influence young players' development. Weekend and some evenings may be required throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season duration.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
