The League for People with Disabilities is seeking a Program Manager for Youth Autism Services in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee daily operations, staff, scheduling, and program implementation to ensure safe, effective services aligned with participant goals.

You will supervise a team, coordinate family communication, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with Maryland DDA requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human services, special education, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Autism Waiver services, documentation, and service coordination preferred.
• CPR and First Aid training or certification required when applicable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Youth Autism Services operations, staffing, scheduling, and program implementation.
• Supervise instructors, direct support professionals, and staff; ensure onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland DDA regulations and organizational procedures.
• Maintain participant records, progress notes, and other program documentation.
• Foster participant dignity, independence, and family engagement in services.
