Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model for youth in the community.
• Implement advocacy services to participants and their families.
• Use strength-based approach in service planning.
