The SoLaHmo Youth Advisory Board Facilitator position at the University of Minnesota is a remote role with some on-site activities as needed. The temp casual role co-leads training content, plans Youth Advisory Board activities, and supports engagement and mentorship of youth participants in health research studies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience with community-based research and youth work, and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead, guide, and facilitate Youth Advisory Board meetings, workshops, and discussions.
• Mentor YAB members to build trust and psychological safety.
• Develop and review training content and agendas for YAB sessions (24 meetings).
• Co-develop recruitment strategy and assess applications for YAB members.
• Provide research training to academic partners and participate in monthly executive meetings.
