Job description

The Youth Activity Attendant provides child care and interactive play to children visiting our KidZone at Star Hill Family Athletic center.

Responsibilities include:

1. Happily greeting members and their children by name.
2. Checking children in and out to the responsible legal guardian.
3. Engaging children with age-appropriate activities to prevent boredom while ensuring fun, interactive learning and play.
4. Constantly monitoring the health and safety of the children at all times.
5. Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the KidZone room and equipment.
6. Removing potential hazards and notifying management of concerns.

Must be a team player with clear and concise written and verbal communications to relate to both children and adults.

Minimum Qualifications:

CPR/First Aid Certifications are required; we can provide training and upkeep of your certifications. Education and/or experience working with children with glowing references is a big plus.
