Job summary

The Walt Disney Company at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Cast Member to lead and support youth activities for children aged 5–12. You will facilitate programs, supervise sessions, and ensure safety while delivering engaging experiences.

Responsibilities include registration, check-in/out, maintaining clean spaces, mentoring new Cast Members, and upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum 9 months recent work experience with children in recreational, day care, or camp settings.
Ability to command the attention of large groups of children.
Education in recreation, education, or related field of study.
Strong verbal communication to engage guests and parents.
Willingness to perform repetitive activity planning and supervision.
Be culturally aware, friendly, outgoing and able to motivate all ages.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities and knowledge of Japanese.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and support activities for children in Youth Activities areas.
Interacting and engaging children aged 5–12.
Provide registration/check-in/check-out for Youth Activities.
Maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitation of Youth Activities spaces and equipment.
Mentor new Cast Members.
