Job summary

Bethesda Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Youth Activities Counselor to create a safe, engaging environment for children while families enjoy club amenities. The role involves planning activities, coordinating with Golf, Tennis, and Fitness programming, and supporting the Tiger Cub Program.

Join a collaborative team, help plan events, supervise the Kids Room, and ensure safety and excellent member service. Weekend availability is required and valued.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using computer systems to enter and access information.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children of all ages.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and special events.
• Support youth programming related to Golf, Tennis, Fitness, and other Club activities.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating the Tiger Cub Program.
• Help plan, set up, and execute children's events and family programming.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the Kids Room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked activity space.
• Collect, organize, and manage lost and found items.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed while providing outstanding member service.
