• Two years of current or previous work with elementary-aged children.
• Comprehend and apply behavior management principles in line with Club training and values.

Responsibilities

• Support the academic growth and progress of youth.
• Demonstrate proficiency in subject areas and assist in developing engaging curriculum.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive learning environment for all members.
• Supervise assigned program areas and ensure safety and well-being of youth.
• Provide guidance to assistant staff and serve as primary contact when Education Coordinator is unavailable.
