About Us

At Aimbridge Hospitality, we deliver exceptional guest experiences. As our Front Desk Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Front Desk Manager to oversee the operation of our Front Office. Your role is critical in providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. If you’re a customer service superstar with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, committed to ensuring an unforgettable guest experience, join our team!

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Key Skills And Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Orientation: Deliver exceptional service to guests and employees, ensuring a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Anticipate and address issues proactively to maintain smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively.
  • Financial Acumen: Work with financial information and data to support the management of room revenue and occupancy.
  • Supervisory Skills: Motivate, coach, and discipline Front Desk personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, ensuring compliance with company regulations and safety standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize Windows operating systems and relevant software for effective management and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3- 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Education: 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Attributes: Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Additional Requirements: Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
