We are looking to add an Operations Manager to our Yourgi team!

LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE

REPORTS TO: Director of Yourgi Operations and Support

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help develop operational strategies that align with our purpose

  • Transform customer feedback into insights to improve our purpose fulfillment

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive operations experience
  • 2+ years in customer service environments

  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence
  • Understanding of tier 1, 2, and 3 support as trust-building functions
  • Leadership that inspires others
