Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Dialysis Care Tech (Care Partner). The Care Partner/Tech will perform dialysis treatments, monitor and record vital signs, provide patient care, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. They will review patient supplies and Baxter orders as well as other tasks and patient care.

Qualifications

• Dialysis experience required
• Patient care experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification as a Dialysis Technician or Nursing Assistant preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
