We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our loving classroom of curious 12–18-month-olds! If you have a passion for early childhood education, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and believe in the power of nurturing relationships, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that align with the classroom schedule
Provide attentive, loving care to each child while fostering a safe and enriching environment
Assist with daily tasks including diaper changes, feeding, and rest times
Be vigilant and responsive to children’s allergies and health needs
Maintain strong, professional communication with families during pick-up and drop-off
Work closely with your team to ensure a positive, collaborative classroom atmosphere
Help with classroom upkeep and organization to create an engaging and tidy space
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Punctual and reliable
Warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with toddlers
Physically active and able to move quickly to meet the needs of active little ones
Communicative and respectful with both parents and coworkers
A true team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Detail-oriented, especially regarding schedules, routines, and individual child needs
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (required); ECE coursework a plus
Ability to pass background checks and meet all licensing requirements
