Job summary

Cocoon House in Everett, WA is seeking a Journeys Case Manager to support twenty young adults in our housing program. You will provide client-driven case management, helping tenants set goals in life skills, education, employment, health, and independence to build lasting stability.

This full-time, on-site role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am–7:00 pm. Starting wage is $23/hr with a $1.50/hr multilingual differential, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Bilingual abilities are encouraged.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants in maintaining housing and lease adherence.
• Provide client-driven case management and goal setting across life domains.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
• Develop and deliver life skills and employment education plans.
• Coordinate workshops and community activities for tenants.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
