What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor patients remotely and provide timely clinical interventions to support recovery and wellness
- Collaborate with a remote team to deliver compassionate care
- Adapt to rapid changes to meet business and departmental needs
- Build rapport with patients and families through strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Utilize proficiency in Epic or Home Care EMR to manage patient information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active RN license in a Compact State (eNLC)
- BSN required from an approved Nursing education program
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Home Care, Hospice, ER, and/or Triage RN roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in patient/customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic or Home Care EMR systems
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative remote team
