Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in York, PA to lead purchasing, planning, and logistics to support production goals. You will manage inventory, negotiate supplier terms, and develop a high performing team in a fast paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years OEM manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s in SCM or related field, and strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills. This role emphasizes safety, cost reduction, and continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Engineering or related field is required.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory control, logistics, and receiving operations.
• Develop material planning strategies to optimize inventory and costs.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coach and develop a supply chain team and monitor KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, warehousing, and transportation.
