We’re partnering with a family-owned global plastic packaging manufacturer seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Pennsylvania. This is a hands‑on, on‑site leadership role within a growing food and beverage packaging operation. The facility is the company’s U.S. platform and is entering a major growth phase, with 50% growth this year, new equipment being added, and a $45 million investment planned over the next 2–3 years. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and floor‑level execution. The team needs a supply chain leader who can build ownership, develop people, improve planning and procurement processes, and strengthen communication across procurement, customer service, warehouse, production planning, and operations.
You’ll lead end‑to‑end supply chain activity with a focus on procurement, logistics, customer support, planning, team development, and continuous improvement.
You are a hands‑on supply chain leader who can bring structure, coaching, and accountability to a growing operation. You enjoy working with people, developing teams, and creating buy‑in. You are comfortable being close to the floor while also managing forecasting, procurement, suppliers, KPIs, and customer needs. You would do well here if you are a strong communicator, confident with customer interaction, and able to help a team move from needing close oversight to owning their process.
This role matters because the facility is growing quickly and needs a dedicated supply chain leader to support scale, structure, and execution. With new thermoforming lines, new injection presses, and significant investment planned, the Supply Chain Manager will help strengthen the systems, team, and processes needed to support continued growth. For someone who wants a visible leadership role with hands‑on impact, this is a strong opportunity to help shape the supply chain function during an important stage of expansion.
