This position involves operating a large motor coach bus on Interstate 83, transporting commuters and providing paratransit services for elderly and disabled passengers. The role requires a valid CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement, air brake restriction lifted, and interstate driving capability. The driver must adhere to safety regulations, maintain a safe driving record, and deliver excellent customer service.

Location: 415 N. Zarfoss Dr, York, PA

Pay: $22.15/hour

Requirements:

• CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement
• Air Brake Restriction lifted
• Interstate driving capability
• Comfortable driving large buses

If you lack the full CDL, you may apply for a non-CDL position with paid training.

Job Details:

• Operate large motor coach and paratransit vehicles
• Drive on scheduled routes with split shifts
• Approx. 35-40 hours/week, with overtime possible
• Must be flexible to cover open work in both planned and day-of scenarios

Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain records
• Assist passengers, including wheelchair securements
• Follow emergency procedures and communicate via radio

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 21

• Excellent customer service skills

Licenses:

• Valid CDL A or B with passenger endorsement and interstate restriction lifted

This is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing. The position reports to the Operations Supervisor/Site Manager.
