Key Responsibilities

• Community Integration: Accompany and support individuals during outings, social events, and recreational activities.
• Skill Building: Help individuals develop daily living skills such as budgeting, meal planning, and navigating public transportation.
• Goal Advocacy: Support the personal growth goals outlined in each individual’s care plan.
• Documentation: Maintain simple, accurate daily logs of activities and progress.
• Safety & Care: Ensure the well-being and safety of the individual while in the home or out in the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
