You oversee everything from inventory and scheduling to vendor relations and cost control, all while setting a high bar for service and hospitality. You’re not just in the back office managing numbers—you’re on the floor, supporting your staff, jumping in where needed, and setting the pace. You lead through coaching, with regular feedback, training, and team development as part of your daily rhythm. You work closely with the kitchen, bar, and hotel leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments. From building relationships with VIPs to keeping financial performance on track, you make sure the restaurant not only runs well—but stands out.
