Greet guests warmly and serve as an ambassador for the hotel. Prepare requested drinks, suggest menu options, take orders, serve food, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area. Engage in friendly conversation to enhance guest experience.
WHO YOU ARE
Enthusiastic about wine, spirits, and beer, with a passion for mixology. Skilled at multitasking and working under pressure. Comfortable engaging with guests both one-on-one and in busy bar settings. Well-groomed and professional, with experience in a luxury environment, preferably with one to two years of bartending in a Forbes five-star or Michelin-starred setting.
