Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga West Loop in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Lead to inspire and guide the next generation of instructors. You’ll run public 200-hour trainings, mentor trainees through coursework and practice teaching, and manage curriculum to fit each cohort.

The role requires an active E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and at least 1 year of YTT leadership, within a vibrant, high-energy studio.

Qualifications

• Certification: An active E-RYT 500 designation with Yoga Alliance.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading or co-leading Yoga Teacher Training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilitation: Plan, direct, and execute comprehensive 200-hour (and/or advanced) Yoga Teacher Training programs for public cohorts.
• Mentorship: Provide actionable feedback and encouragement as you guide trainees through coursework, practice teaching, anatomy, philosophy, and methodology.
• Curriculum Management: Deliver structured training modules, adapt learning materials to meet the needs of each cohort, and track student progress throughout the course.
• Community Building: Foster an inclusive, inspiring, and high-energy atmosphere that reflects Ritual Hot Yoga's culture and values.

What You’ll Do

As the YTT Lead, you’ll take the reins of our public Yoga Teacher Training programs, ensuring they are immersive, high-quality, and aligned with Ritual Hot Yoga's values. Your key responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings expertise, leadership, and a passion for teaching to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Certification: An active E-RYT 500 designation with Yoga Alliance.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading or co-leading successful Yoga Teacher Training programs.
• Expertise: A deep understanding of yoga philosophy, practical anatomy, sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and teaching methodology.
• Skills: Strong public speaking, leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or intensive training schedules as required by the program format.
