A local yoga studio is searching for an enthusiastic Yoga Instructor to join their team in Potomac, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to connect with students and provide exceptional instruction in various class formats. Responsibilities include establishing personal connections, setting up classrooms effectively, and creating engaging experiences. Requirements include a minimum of 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification and at least one year of teaching experience. Compensation varies based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive to studio a minimum of 15-30 minutes prior to class start time
• Create a personal connection with each student
• Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to the Yoga Six standards and guidelines for each of the six core class types
• Set up class room appropriately: Props, Mat Spacing, Music, Lighting
• Provide top notch class instruction
• Follow up with students after class
• Build community and connection
