YogaSix Mercer Island is seeking dedicated teachers to grow and elevate their teaching within a welcoming community. Staff are hired as employees to support development and ongoing growth, with a culture of empowerment, energy, and fun.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong client service.

• Sense of humor.
• Ability to teach a safe, fun, and creative class with focus on student success.
• Minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification.
• 1+ years teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to studio 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
• Create a personal connection with each student.
• Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to YogaSix standards.
• Set up classroom appropriately: Props, Mat Spacing, Music, Lighting.
• Provide top notch class instruction.
• Follow up with students after class.
• Clean studio space.
• Build community and connection.

• Minimum 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification
• 1+ years teaching experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification

Compensation & Perks

• This position pays out at $40 - $60 per class experience
