Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to deliver premium customer service, support teachers and students, and uphold a clean, welcoming studio. You’ll drive retail and rental revenue while ensuring consistency across classes and studio traffic.

Ideal candidates excel in hospitality, build genuine connections, and handle POS transactions accurately. This role supports opening/closing duties and upkeep to maintain CorePower’s high standards for student experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus with hospitality mindset.
• Ability to guide customers through purchases and upsell appropriately.
• Accurate POS transactions and roster reconciliation.
• Clear communication and relationship-building with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and staff, explain studio etiquette and class formats.
• Build warm relationships with students and teachers.
• Assist with purchases: retail, rentals, water, and yoga products; upsell when appropriate.
• Manage class waitlists and check-in flow smoothly.
• Communicate studio updates to teachers and SET; reconcile class rosters and charges.
