Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Yoga Boutique Leader in Potomac, MD to drive member experience and grow LifePower Yoga programming. The role requires recruiting and coaching teachers, building communities, and delivering weekly classes and monthly workshops.

The candidate will mentor instructors, optimize schedules, manage budgets, and support YTT activities while fostering an inclusive, engaging studio culture that aligns with Life Time’s standards.

Qualifications

• 200 hour Yoga Certification.
• 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• CPR Certification and LifePower Yoga Signature Classes certification.

Responsibilities

• Scout talent, interview and train new members and support certification processes.
• Provide feedback to help teachers improve their skills with follow-up.
• Optimize effectiveness of cross functional teams.
• Identify and reinforce common goals across functions and divisions.
• Develop positive relationships with members and teachers to build communities.
• Performance manage teachers with timely and constructive discussions.
• Optimize schedule operations to drive business and member experience.
• Communicate plans to support team involvement and engagement.
• Deliver yoga programming: 4 yoga 1:1s per week and 1 workshop per month.
• Manage a budget and meet participation targets.
• Deliver on class growth targets using tools like scheduling and reports.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week.
