Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Yoga Boutique Manager in Austin, Texas, who will lead the LifePower Yoga program. This role requires the individual to teach, recruit and manage talented yoga instructors while enhancing community engagement and delivering quality member experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a 200 hour Yoga Certification, management experience, and the ability to build positive relationships. The position offers an opportunity to shape yoga training and programming while working in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Certified in all LifePower Yoga Signature Classes.
• Ability to manage a budget and deliver participation targets.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, interviews and trains new members.
• Develops positive relationships with members and teachers.
• Manages yoga programming with minimum of 4 yoga 1:1's/week.
