• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives.
• Provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and engage customers.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to plan actions and growth.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture.
• Assist in shipment processing and daily replenishment.
