Job summary

Equinox is looking for a passionate yoga instructor to deliver high-quality classes across our studio network. You will ensure students receive an exceptional Equinox Experience, adapt class intensity for participants, and maintain punctual start and end times.

You will teach regularly and coordinate with the Group Fitness Manager on feedback and scheduling. The ideal candidate has a current Yoga Certification (or related degree), proven teaching experience, and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Yoga Certification or a degree in a related field.
• Have experience teaching.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox Experience to our members in each class.
• Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary.
• Ensure class begins and ends on time.
• Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum.
• Communicate with Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing
