Qualifications

• Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members.
• Ability to adapt your class/style for the members in front of you.
• Willing to substitute for fellow instructors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Find new and engaging ways to connect with our members during class.
• Instruct an effective, safe class for all abilities in the gym.
• Be willing and able to serve as a substitute for fellow instructors.
• Wear YMCA gear proudly and be an advocate for the Y.
