Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is hiring a dedicated instructor to deliver an extraordinary studio experience. You will guide students through CPY-aligned classes, welcome them at front desk, and support each individual’s growth while embodying our core values.

We require a 200-hour yoga teacher training (or equivalent), CPR/AED certification, and a passion for safety, community, and education. The role includes teaching, front desk duties, and maintaining a welcoming, energetic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a yoga teacher training with required continuing education credits.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in physical activity for up to 1.5 hours.
• Ability to work in heated classes up to 104 degrees for 60 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week for a minimum of 4 hours in studio.
• Educate students on alignment and provide posture modifications as appropriate.
• Be in the studio 30 minutes before and after each class for prep and community engagement.
• Engage with students 30 minutes before/after class to support personal growth and studio initiatives.
• Welcome students, check them in, handle POS transactions, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Perform cleaning tasks to meet CPY health protocol standards.
• Contribute to a supportive, fun studio environment and uphold CPY Core Values.
• Act as in-studio ambassador for CPY initiatives and business streams.
