Job summary

VASA Fitness in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Studio FLOW Yoga Instructor to deliver an uplifting, results-driven yoga experience. You will adapt sequences for different levels and bring a calm, engaging presence to the class.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, customer service, and inviting non-members to try Studio Flow while you help members achieve their goals in a supportive gym environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of yoga instruction experience
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group
• General knowledge and experience creating yoga sequences for multiple levels
• Passionate about fitness, changing lives and helping others reach goals
• Upbeat, enthusiastic, high-energy coaching style
• Local travel may be required for support, training, or other purposes
• 1-2 years yoga instruction (preferred)
• Experience leading group fitness classes at a specialty studio (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles that bring UPLIFT values to life.
• Connect with members by recommending VASA fitness products and amenities.
• Provide instruction tailored to members' fitness abilities and levels.
• Bring unique personality to complement Studio Flow class formats.
• Be punctual and prepared; greet members at the door on time.
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor members during class.
• Execute post-class cleaning, sanitizing and organizing.
• Be approachable, engaging and respond to member needs and concerns.
• Invite non-members to attend Studio Flow classes while they work out in club.
