Job summary

Well & Being Spa at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in San Juan, PR, seeks an experienced Yoga Instructor to design and lead group classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance while guiding guests toward a mind–body connection.

The ideal candidate holds a Yoga Alliance RYT credential (200/500), has 2–3 years of teaching experience, and maintains CPR/AED certification. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with comfort in promoting classes via social media.

Qualifications

• Certified Yoga Alliance RYT 200 or 500.
• 2–3 years of continuous yoga teaching experience.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Polished, professional with strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Ideally familiar with the Puerto Rico market and able to leverage social media to promote classes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a group yoga class.
• Lead sessions focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance; guide mind–body connection.
• Assist guests with proper techniques and ensure safety and alignment.
• Maintain wellness area lighting and music levels.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements and promote guest well-being.
