Job summary

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise and engage students from TK through 8th grade in after-school programs. Educators will plan and lead recreational activities, ensuring safety and encouraging positive social interactions in a dynamic learning environment.

Role offers flexible part-time hours with specialized training and access to the HOKALI Academy for educator development.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as After School Enrichment Educators.

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe

We're Actively Seeking Instructors with Dance, Yoga or Music/Vocal Training teaching experience.

Compensation: $50 p/hr

Schedule

• Dance: Mondays, Two Hours, Time TBD / 3-8 to 5-24
• Yoga: Mondays, Two Hours, Time TBD / 11-30 to 3-1
• Music/Vocal Training: Mondays, Two Hours, Time TBD / 9-13 to 11-16
