Job summary

HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise TK–8th grade students, ensuring safety and engaging them through planned activities. You will foster positive social interactions, manage behavior with positive reinforcement, and maintain attendance/incident records while keeping spaces clean and organized.

Successful candidates will complete a short online training and join a flexible, educators-focused team with opportunities for growth within HOKALI.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as After School Enrichment Educators.

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
