Position: Site Manager

About the Job

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Site Manager will provide administrative direction, consultation, supervision and quality assurance to a team of direct service staff which may include Care Manager, Youth Development Specialist and Mental Health Therapist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise direct service staff and assist the Director in the implementation of programmatic and administrative duties.
  2. Provide oversight of program delivery onsite.
  3. Provide support to SCYS staff and serve as a liaison to MCPS.
  4. Attend MCPS and SCYS meetings, provide program regular updates.
  5. Ensure contract incompliance for county’s database (eICM) and scope of service for the program contract.
  6. Monitor staff punctuality and attendance at assigned site.
  7. Provide supervision, motivation, and support in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
  8. Provide feedback to staff to ensure quality service to program participants including social emotional, economic, and mental health needs.
  9. Develop and maintain competency with the data collection systems.
  10. Assess staff training needs, develop and implement plan for staff to continue professional development.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Master’s degree in relevant field e.g., psychology, social work etc.

Experience:

  1. 3-5 years’ experience in the human services field providing direct services which impact the mental, social and/or economic wellbeing of youth and families.
  2. Experience working and collaborating with school systems and community agencies.
  3. Experience supervising professional staff.
